For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sheo Kumar Prasad For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Manoj Kumar - 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 Heard the parties.

This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No.726 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and only on the basis of confession of the co-accused, his name appears in this case and it further appears that he is accused in three other cases also. From perusal of the impugned order itself, it appears that the Sessions Judge has rejected his prayer for bail with observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges in this case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32815 of 2017 (2) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 that except confession, there is nothing against the petitioner and the mobile with which 'rangdari' of Rs.10 lakh had been demanded does not belong to the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not going to interfere with the order of the Sessions Judge and as per observation, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge before the learned court below itself.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
