The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 568 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner no.1 has criminal antecedent of similar nature and during course of investigation materials have come against the petitioners to connect them with the crime.

No.14489 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
