Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.448 of 2017, giving rise to S.G.R. Case No.85 of 2017, registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner helped Parwez Alam in kidnapping the informant's daughter but the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not named this petitioner as one of the accomplice rather it is a case of elopement as she was in love relationship with one Parwez Alam. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Case No.448 of 2017, giving rise to S.G.R. Case No.85 of 2017.
