2. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions to complete the selection process in the light of Advertisement dated 26.04.2023 bearing its no.-04/2023 issued by Bihar Agriculture University Sabour, Bhagalpur whereby and whereunder after accepting the requisite fee and application form the respondents are sit quietly in the aforesaid matter without any

Patna High Court CWJC No.3576 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2026 2/3 rhyme and reasons and for other necessary relief/reliefs on the basis of facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent-University in which it is stated as follows:

"3. That the respondent University has issued Advt. No. 04/2023 dated 26.04.2023 for different post including the post of Assistant, Laboratory Attendant and for which petitioner filed application for the post of Laboratory Attendant and it is under the process of scrutiny.

4. That the recruitment process under all advertised advertisement will be completed within 2-3 months if situation permits."

4. He further submits that the present writ application may be disposed of in light of the aforesaid statement made by the respondent-University, fixing a time frame within which the respondent-University should be directed to complete the recruitment process.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent-University and

Patna High Court CWJC No.3576 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2026 3/3 learned counsel for the respondent-State do not have any objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, the present writ application is disposed of directing the respondent-University to complete the recruitment process within a maximum time span of six months from the date of passing of this order.

7. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
