The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram R.P.F. Case No. 02 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 3 of R.P. (U.P.) Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 30 meters of cable wire from a rickshaw from where the petitioner was apprehended by the police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is first offender, hence lenient view be taken especially in view of the fact that he is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rail Gaya in connection with Sasaram R.P.F. Case No. 02 of 2019.
