The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case no. 67 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioners along with his family members have tortured in various ways due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand and finally they ousted the informant after snatching her belongings.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is husband of the informant and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has never demanded any thing from the informant. It is further submitted by learned

No.24248 of 2021(4) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 counsel for the petitioner that informant is presently residing with the petitioner in her matrimonial home and in this respect, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner along with Annexure-2, which is a certificate issued by the Ward Member, Rinki Devi of Village Panchayat Pipraura. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case no. 67 of 2020, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
