Petitioner is an accused in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 681 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
