The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of kidnapping of the son of the informant is against unknown. On recovery the victim named, Vivek and Guddu as culprits. The victim has stated nothing against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.540 of 2017, with condition that the
