This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No.100 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 22 of MDPS Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one Pistol, five cartridges and100 gram of Ganja. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Though the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, he was earlier accused in one case but thereafter two more cases have also been lodged against him. A supplementary affidavit has been filed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35204 of 2017 (2) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 this case and it is further submitted that he is in custody since 27.7.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of three months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the court concerned. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
