JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3788 of 2018 with an observation that petitioner may renew prayer of bail only after framing of charge.

Submission is that charge has been framed against the petitioner vide order dated 20.02.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Saurav Kumar @ Saurabh Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge II-cum-Spl. Judge, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 288 of 2017.
