The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2020 registered under Sections 376/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.
