The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.197 of 2010 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner while accepting that the petitioner has belatedly come with a prayer for anticipatory bail refers to the allegations made in the F.I.R. present at Annexure-1 to submit that except that this petitioner has been charged with catching hold of the informant, the allegation of assault is directed towards accused Kamo Yadav.
