The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.197 of 2010 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner while accepting that the petitioner has belatedly come with a prayer for anticipatory bail refers to the allegations made in the F.I.R. present at Annexure-1 to submit that except that this petitioner has been charged with catching hold of the informant, the allegation of assault is directed towards accused Kamo Yadav. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the nature of allegations and the submissions of learned counsel, let the petitioner namely, Sudhir Kumar Yadav @ Sudhir Yadav in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from
