The petitioner seeks bail in Sheohar P.S. Case No.191/2016, registered under Sections 379, 414, 120(B) and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant got information about the selling of theft motorcycle and raided the place but the petitioner started fleeing away. The petitioner was apprehended and the stolen motorcycle was recovered.
