The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that daughter of the informant was used to harass and torture and in consequence thereof, she was done to death for demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20674 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 petitioners. The petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are Bhainsur whereas petitioner No. 3 is Gotani of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioners are separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. The petitioners have no concern with the affairs of husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-Ist, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
