JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 The short prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed an application before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna, however since the Bench would be available only on 28.02.2020, the impugned action of delivery of possession be stayed till 28.02.2020.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the Bank Sri Ajay Sinha submits that the process of delivery of possession, being taken by the Bank, is already on, however in case, the same has not been finalised till this point of time i.e. 3 pm as on

Patna High Court CWJC No.4219 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 today, the same would be deferred upto 28.02.2020. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms, however with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the D.R.T. Patna.
