2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 26.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 44678 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1362 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 326 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the son of the informant was killed by the accused persons including the petitioner who has called him out of his house and the petitioner is also named in the FIR.

5. As per learned counsel for the informant out of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20180 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 eight witnesses four witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the fact that the trial is at the advance stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
