Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.206 of 2017, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, neither any incriminating article was recovered from his possession nor put on TIP, only made accused on the basis of confessional statement of one Umesh Kumar Mehta, co accused from whom recovery is said to be made, charge-sheet has been submitted and petitioner has no criminal antecedent of this nature except one case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6222 of 2018(2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 petitioner Md. Khurshid @ Khurshid Alam @ Md. Khurshi Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.206 of 2017.
