Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 4 - Management has stated that as per the terms and conditions of the settlement, the Management is obligated to pay an amount of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees eighty thousand only) and to that effect the Management has issued a Cheque No. 247221 drawn on HDFC Bank. The copy of the cheque has been

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the memorandum of settlement entered between the parties.
