JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sasaram (T) PS Case No. 1592 of 2017 registered under Section 411 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that 14 mobiles were stolen from the shop of the informant and it is alleged that two mobiles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the seized mobiles are his personal mobiles, IMIE numbers of the stolen mobiles do not tally with the recovered mobile and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) PS Case No. 1592 of 2017.
