Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the informant has been killed

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are mother-in-law and fatherin-law of the deceased. They live separately from the husband of the victim. The husband of the victim has already surrendered on 01.02.2022. Moreover, a compromise has taken place between the parties. The compromise petition has been brought on record as Annexure-2.

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid
