However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court, as contained in Annexure-1, has already been complied with. He further submits that, in the light of the order of this Court, a reasoned order was passed on 04.06.2015 (Annexure-A to show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4) and the consequential order has also been issued on 12.06.2015 (Annexure-B to the aforesaid show cause).

In view of the averments made in the aforesaid show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with and the present matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present MJC application stands dismissed as infructuous.
