The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution allegation, in short, is that the husband of the informant left the house and later he did not return. Thereafter, his dead body was found.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no. 2 has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioner no. 1 is a lady. After investigation, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24270 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 police submitted final form against the petitioners. The Court below had differed with the police report and took cognizance against the petitioners.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- IV, Nalanda in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 47/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
