Mr.Rabindra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in Maner P.S. case no. 449 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, at the direction of co-accused persons this petitioner and two co-accused stabbed informant's sons and other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant's sons by means of lathi.

The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that allegation made against the petitioner in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14971 of 2022(3) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 FIR is completely vague, petitioner has been languishing in jail since 9.1.2022, in fact, there was a dispute of money transaction between petitioner's sister and prosecution party due to which petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Heard both sides and perused the FIR. As per prosecution, petitioner and two co-accused caused knife injury to the son of the informant and the order of the court below shows that son of the informant, namely, Raju Kumar sustained multiple injuries on his person due to alleged assault.

Considering the nature of the accusation appearing against the petitioner, in my view, petitioner does not deserve privilege of bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Shailendra Singh, J) s.hassan/- U T
