Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A), 38(A), 41(i) of Excise Act. Twenty Seven liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 07.10.2017. Petitioners have got no identical criminal antecedent. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the
