The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 472 of 2019 dated 21.09.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
By order dated 06.03.2020, case diary was called for. Surprisingly and regrettably, it has not yet been dispatched.

No.12677 of 2020(3) dt.07-12-2021 2/3 However, after perusing the F.I.R. and the impugned order, it appears that petitioner and one Akhilesh Rai are said to have assaulted the father of the informant. One Gama Rai is said to have assaulted the informant. There is reference of only one injury on the person of the informant.
However, Gama Rai and co-accused Akhilesh Rai have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court, the order of which has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit. They have been granted bail by order dated 02.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8721 of 2020.
Regard being had to the aforestated facts, instead of waiting for the case diary, this Court directs that in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioner before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
