The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409/719/420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will co-operate in the investigation and trial and will endeavour to make the case as has been made out by the opposite party, namely, B.S.F.C. He is also willing to deposit after his dues are recalculated in accordance with law. In view of such a submission that the petitioner has been in custody for more than two months, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
