The petitioner is accused in connection with Case No. C-2/65/18 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 200 bottles each containing 300 Ml, Nepali Saufi Wine to the joint house of petitioner and one Manoj Sahni.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.02.2018.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17222 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C-2/65/18.
