The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 385, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any office. In fact, the F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of more than five months from the date of occurrence without explaining the plausible delay which creates doubt

Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.)
