The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.612 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of prearrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same
