The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Goroul P.S. Case No. 74 of 2012 registered under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation as also the fact that the petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and there is allegation that the deceased was being subjected to cruelty in her marital home for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for pre-arrest bail is dismissed.
