JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kanti P. S. Case No. 501 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail.

Should such an application be filed, the court below shall take into account that the petitioner has clean antecedents and nothing has been recovered from the
