The grievance of the petitioner is that he superannuated from service on 31.01.2015 as Principal, Mahendra Uchchua Vidyalaya cum Government Inter College, Jiradei, Siwan but up till now his retrial dues has not been paid. Learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna wrote several letters to the concerned respondents for

Patna High Court CWJC No.5942 of 2016 (3) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 sending the service record and other relevant documents of the petitioner so that the retrial dues of the petitioner could be paid to him but the concerned respondents did not take any pain to send the relevant documents, as a result whereof, the petitioner is not even getting his pension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards, several annexure, including Annexures-A and B annexed with counter affidavit of the respondent no. 9. Although, learned counsel appearing for the State seeks some time to go through the record and file counter affidavit but in my view, this petition shall be disposed of directing the respondent nos. 2 and 5 to ensure the payment of admitted retrial dues with statutory interest, if any, to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that if petitioner is dissatisfied with the payment made to him, he may approach this Court in accordance with law.
