The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017, a case under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant with intent to marry with her. The victim girl stated in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that petitioner had taken her to Delhi where he married with her forcefully and made physical relation with her. Submission is that the matter is of love-affairs and under pressure of the parents the victim has made statement against the petitioner.

No.6687 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 P2/ Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
