The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On consideration of the materials available on the record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the case within a period of six months. In the event the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period and if there is no any laches on the part of the petitioner in conclusion of the trial, the petitioner may renew his
