2. Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Lastly prayer for bail of these petitioners was rejected vide order dated 26.4.2024. Charge has been framed in the case on 9.8.2023 and petitioners are in custody since 28.3.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of these petitioners, their prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
