KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that a stolen mobile was recovered from his possession.

Contention of the petitioner is that he purchased the said mobile from one Viku Paswan who is also co-accused in this case. FIR was against unknown. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Om Prakash Yadav @ Oma be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33007 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Supaul in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017.
