Mr.Harendra Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard Mr. Shyam Bihari Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Harendra Prasad, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 20.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84857 of 2019, whereby he was granted anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order. The petitioner could not surrender within the aforesaid stipulated period.

For the reasons stated in the application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14458 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order, referred to above, is allowed.

In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, he shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 20.12.2019 but all the terms and conditions which have been imposed in the aforesaid order shall subsist.

The order dated 20.12.2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
