JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 The allegation is that the petitioner is the holder of a licence of a composite liquor shop and he was instrumental in sale of liquor during Holi festival despite there being an excise ban for sale during that period. The evidence being more circumstantial, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.40000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in Shiosagar PS Case No.40/2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) CrPC. One of the sureties will be executed by an elected representative or a government servant and another will be a co-villager whose identity and authenticity will be duly verified by evidence by the court below.
