Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 509, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, it is argued on behalf of the petitioner that Section 354 B of the Indian Penal Code is not applicable and at best, it is a case of Section 354 A of the Indian Penal Code but I am not, at all, convinced with the above stated submission and taking note of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18505 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
