Birpur, District-Begusarai. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction to the respondent authority to give work as Muster Roll Unskilled Labourers in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme to the

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order commanding the respondent authority to release the payment of wages of the petitioner and others since November 2021 till date."

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that in case the petitioner approaches the respondents for grant of work under the MANREGA Scheme, her case would definitely be considered sympathetically.

3. Having regard to the stand taken by the respondents in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition in the said terms. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) kanchan/- U
