The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and injuries sustained by the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
