Case No.93 of 2017, a case under Sections 387/307/153/153A/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. would reveal that no injury was caused to anyone nor any ransom was paid nor the petitioner was named in the F.I.R. Only material is confessional statement of coaccused before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
