2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Due to previous dispute, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner with common object intercepted, abused and assaulted the informant and others.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is nothing on record much less any evidence to show that the petitioner actively participated in the alleged crime. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is

Co-accused, namely, Nathuni Mahto has been enlarged on bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32406 of 2021. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 31.12.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the co-accused has already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.
