Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 6.2.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Vaishali Complaint case No.C-3777 of 2012 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur on condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each date if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled. From henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- instead of Rs.750/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2.
