JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498(A) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the complainant for non ful-filment of additional demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the complainant. A certified copy of compromise petition has been filed in Court. Same may be kept on record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19174 of 2015 (3) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Subir Kumar, learned J.M., Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 1678/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
