2. The petitioner has emerged successful in the selection process. On account of the typographical error in the date of birth mentioned in the 'Fokania' certificate of the petitioner, the selection of the petitioner has been interfered with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that typographical error has now been rectified. The submission of the petitioner's counsel, however, has to be viewed keeping in
Patna High Court CWJC No.3899 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 background the fact emerging from the counter affidavit that now the matter is pending consideration before the District Programme Officer (ICDS), District- East Champaran (Respondent No.4) in case No. 04 of 2023, wherein, notices have been issued to all concerned, including the petitioner.
4. Since the petitioner has a remedy before the District Programme Officer (ICDS), District- East Champaran (Respondent No.4) where, she can rely upon the claimed correction of her date of birth, in accordance with law.
5. The writ application is disposed of with such liberty to the petitioner.
