JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-04-2015 This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code') has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.01.2015 passed in Cr.Rev. No. 19 of 2014 by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur affirming the order dated 05.12.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No.2093 of 2012, whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed the complaint filed by the petitioner against the opposite party nos.2 to 4 in exercise of power conferred under section 203 of the Code. Though the present application has been filed under
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18660 of 2015 dt.30-04-2015 2/2 section 482 of the Code but the same is in the form of second revision, which is barred under section 397(3) of the Code. Even on merits, I find no illegality in the impugned order dated 23.01.2015 passed by the revisional court.
Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
