The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.147 of 2016, registered for offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 120B, 409, 427, 323, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the statement made in the complaint petition which is giving rising to present case it would appear that according to the complainant this accused had taken a loan of Rs.50,000/- and thereafter certain documents were created and the allegation is that at one point of time when the informant asked the accused to return the money, the accused promised her to execute a sale deed in respect of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5020 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 land, however the same was not done. Learned counsel submits that the case seems to be civil in nature. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.147 of 2016, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
