The petitioners seek bail in Natwar P. S. Case No. 43 of 2017 instituted for the offence under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that in connection with demand of dowry within four years of marriage, all accused persons including the petitioners have killed the daughter of the informant by burning her.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father -in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased and they have been falsely implicated in this case. They are living
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35443 of 2017 (2) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 separately from the husband of the deceased. They are in custody since 01.06.2017.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Natwar P. S. Case No. 43 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) Sudha/- U T
