The petitioner is accused in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 383 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(3), 41(1) and 37(b) of the Bihar Excise Act and Sections 25(1-b)A/ 26(ii)/35 of the of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of several bottles each containing 750 ML of Indian made foreign liquor, in quantity of 70 litres, to a room of the house of the petitioner, where petitioner and one Dinesh Sahni were apprehended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge IV-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera P.S.
